Yes. We require a 50% deposit to book a project. If we are performing project management services, it could require a different amount based on project needs.
Our team will stay at a local hotel or airbnb. We do not stay on the project site.

After the deposit has been cleared, our team will start booking the travel and vendor relations for the project. About a week prior to your project, we will set up a time to walk through the project with you and organize any last minute changes to design, or ask you about certain details of the project. If you are using our project management services, we will be in communication with you through a weekly update.
